Every room listed on HotelKitchens has a cooking surface, not merely a microwave or shared cooking area. Hotels call the same setup a kitchen or a kitchenette; we apply one standard whatever the label.
A person and an AI model each review the room type's amenity data and photos, and both must agree before it is listed. When the data and photos disagree, we ask the hotel. We recheck every listing monthly, and room names stay attached to the evidence so travelers know which room to book.
