This Privacy Policy describes how Terrace Solutions, Inc., doing business as HotelKitchens (“HotelKitchens,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use HotelKitchens and any related websites, emails, and services (together, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us, such as when you contact us, sign up for emails, search the Site, or make a booking. This may include your name, email address, phone number, booking and stay details, search criteria, and the content of your messages.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information, such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, and other usage information. We may infer your approximate location from your IP address. If you allow it through your device or browser, we may use your precise location, only to show the nearby results you asked for. Session recordings may be used.

Information from third parties

We may receive information from Travel Providers and other partners, such as booking details and confirmation that a click or booking occurred, and from analytics and other service providers.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, operate, and improve the Site;
• show search results, prices, and relevant recommendations;
• process and support bookings made through the Site;
• respond to your requests and send you service communications;
• send you emails you have signed up for;
• track referrals and receive commissions from partners;
• analyze how the Site is used;
• protect the security of the Site and prevent fraud; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. How we share information

We may share personal information with:

• Travel Providers, such as booking sites and properties, when you click through to them or make a booking, so they can complete your booking and credit us for the referral;
• Service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, mapping, communications, and customer support;
• Legal and safety recipients, when we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of HotelKitchens, our users, or others;
• Business transferees, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets; and
• Others, with your consent or at your direction.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Cookies and analytics

We and our partners use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and track referrals to Travel Providers. We use analytics services, including Google Analytics, to understand how the Site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Disabling cookies may affect how the Site works.

Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, the Site does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to receive a copy of it, and to opt out of certain processing. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.

If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Information you provide to a Travel Provider is governed by that provider’s privacy policy. Please contact the provider directly about its handling of your information.

8. California residents

In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email address, and IP address); commercial information (such as searches and booking details); internet or other electronic network activity; and geolocation data. We collect this information from the sources, and use it for the purposes, described in this Policy, and disclose it for business purposes to the categories of recipients described in Section 3. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. International users

We are based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.

11. Third-party sites

The Site contains links to, and booking pages provided by, third parties. This Policy does not apply to their practices, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the Site after any change means you accept the updated Policy.
